  • E-Bike Service: Our team has the expertise to service most e-bikes. As an authorized Rad Power Bikes dealer, we can handle all warranty and service work for their bikes.

    Fleet & Event Support: We offer mechanical support for local businesses and organizations. We're proud to be the official mechanical sponsor of the RBC GranFondo Whistler, Cops for Cancer, Tour de Coast, and more.

How does it work?

With Nootka Bicycle Company, we take the stress and hassle out of servicing your bike. Whether at home, the office or anywhere in between, we will come to you and perform the work onsite.

  • Simply book your service appointment with your desired location.

  • On the day of the appointment, we will text message you 15 minutes prior to, and upon arrival.

  • Bring your bike out, and we will let you know when the work is done.

Our Services

  • One hour package to get your bike safe and running smooth. Parts and installation, not included.

    Perfect for bikes that need a safety check, and minor tune. (Seasonal dust off)

  • Two hour package for bikes needing more attention. Parts not included.

    For bikes needing more attention. If you are having issues with braking, shifting or anything else, this package allows for 2 full hours and time for repair/replacement as required.

  • Bike Building (unboxing) - $199.00

    Flat Repair - $119 / $149 (eBike)

    General Shop Rate - $119 / $149 (eBike)
